This policy explains what information Sproutlets Consulting, LLC collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to work with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Inquiry and question forms: your name, email, business name, how you found us, budget, timeline, your plan list, and what you tell us.
• Checklist signup: your email address.
• Design Studio: the name, email, and design choices you choose to send.
• We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Payments are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare quotes and proposals.
• To deliver the Business Setup Checklist and one tips email a month, if you signed up.
• To deliver the services you hire us for.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received by Netlify, our website host, and forwarded to our business email (Google). If we use an email newsletter service in the future, your signup email will be stored there to send the monthly email. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and your browser

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site right now.
• The site remembers a few choices in your own browser: your Dark or Watercolor look, the packages you add to your plan, and the scenes you heart. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you submit a form.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records as long as needed to work with you and to meet business and tax record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the monthly email with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• We respond to requests within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
